Tie rod extra hard rubber bush, harder than standard. You don't want these bushes too hard as it can cause the threaded on the end of the tie rod to break under extreme conditions. In theory the outer ones should be harder for rigidity in braking and softer on the inside for improving straight line acceleration, which both help stop the weaving associated with the mini especially on large tires.
