Infineon Raceway, Sears Point, Sonoma California, This is Sunday's Race. Started 5th, Finished 2nd by 0.165 seconds. Nice battle for all 10 laps! What you don't see here is the Datsun in 3rd place make it a tight battle for the last 4 laps or so.
2011 CSRG Charity Challenge Group 3 Saturday race. Thanks to Mark in the 65 Alfa GTA for the additional camera footage! This was anyone's race. 6 Drivers fighting for 2nd position. It's was a amazing tense race, with tons of passing. MGB, MGA, Lotus, Alfa, Datsun, Mini Cooper, all running close enough you could throw a blanket over us all. Infineon race way, Sonoma California. Classic Vintage Mini Cooper racing at Laguna Seca, at the 2011 Monterey Historics aka Motorsports Reunion. Driver Robert Hoemke in the Purple 61 car that won the 1966, 1967, and 1968 ARRC (SCCA) Nationals three years in a row driven by Richard McDaniels.
This was the last dyno run we did on the Mini Cooper that won the 1966, 1967 and 1968 ARRCA Nationals. Preparing for another race at the 2011 Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Laguna Seca Raceway
MMW 2011 in Lake Tahoe, Autorcross runs for Dennis & Don Racine, John Burmann and Crazy Mike Kimball. Couple of good spins caught on video here. One of these runs was Dennis' winning run, don finished second. Also Funkana fun runs for Dennis, Joshua and Christina Racine.
This is the beginning of the race on Tuesday, July 7 before I broke what we think was a drop gear (haven't pulled the motor yet). Had a good scrap with a few Porsches before it all went bad. Great turn out for HMSA LSR for this vintage race. Wish the car had held together. But better to have a problem now, rather than the next race, which will be the 2011 Monterey Historics (Monterey Motorsports Reunion as it's called now). We'll be fixed up and running again before the race in August.
2011 Sonoma Historic's at Infineon raceway. Dennis Racing, Robert Hoemke, Nick Martin and John Burnam racing Vintage Mini Cooper S. Started out wet and raining, but was dry on Sunday's race.
CVAR at Hallett Motor Raceway in reverse. Dennis Racine dricing the Red Monte Mini, Don Racine driving the Yellow Bumblee Mini, and Robert Hoemke driving the Purple People Eater. This was the Racine's first trip to this track, and we had a terrific time! What a mini track. Great turns and great fun.
Russ Hansen takes out the Classic Mini Cooper at Thunderhill Raceway at Hooked on Drivings December event at the track. This was Russ's first time being on a race track of any sort. He did a great job and everyone had awesome time!

Don Racine driving the Unsbee Mini Cooper at the October CSRG Charity Challenge race at Infineon raceway. This is Sunday's 'race' if you want to call it that. Most of the race was held under full course caution. Don broke something in the drive line before the green flag fell again. The field completed 3 laps under green before it was over.
